With both parents born and raised in Puerto Rico, Hector’s culture is a core part of who he is—and how he connects with others. Growing up in a big Chicago family (second youngest of six) taught him patience, hustle, and how to lift up the people around him. At work, Hector channels that into clear communication and steady support for customers and coworkers. After hours, he’s either playing sports, leveling up on a new game, or spending time with his two dogs and his girlfriend.
