What is Pickup & Delivery?

Pickup & Delivery is a convenient and complimentary way to get your new or used vehicle serviced without having to leave home. Instead, our dealers will transport your vehicle to and from the dealership.

How Pickup & Delivery work?

With Pickup & Delivery, a technician will pick up your vehicle at your home or office, service at the dealership, and drop it back off when service is complete.

How much does Pickup & Delivery cost?

Pickup & Delivery is complimentary within a 25 mile radius.* When you need service, your Kunes Dealer will pick up and return your vehicle. Does not include parts or repair charges.

*Pickup & Delivery may be limited based on availability or other dealer-specified criteria. Does not include parts or repair charges. A nonoperational vehicle is not eligible and will require a Roadside event.

How long will Pickup & Delivery service take?

Every service is different. You’ll discuss timing when you book your appointment.

How will I receive updates about my Pickup & Delivery vehicle service?

We will contact you however you would like: phone, text, or email.

Is the Pickup & Delivery available for all repairs?

All warranty and customer-pay repairs are eligible, as long as your vehicle is drivable, does not have a flat tire, and not part of a roadside collision.

Can Pickup & Delivery be used with Roadside Assistance?

Not at this time. You can use Roadside Assistance if your vehicle is not drivable, has a flat tire, or has been part of a roadside collision.
